Foundation Introduction
Radiant Opto-Electronics is located in the technology industrial park of Kaohsiung Port Area, and is the first professional backlight units development and manufacturing manufacturers in Taiwan. In 2016, we continued the characteristics of the enterprise "glowing" silently to light the public welfare undertakings of education, and set up Radiant Education Foundation, set four main concerns: talent development, community care, environmental education and culture and arts. With talent cultivation as its focus of development, through the operation of the foundation, we expect to build close links with all sectors of the community and achieve a better future.

Talent Development
We expect to create opportunities for school-children to engage in diversified learning and to eliminate the imbalance of educational resources between rural and urban areas. Through our long-term cooperation with the Program the World Association (PTWA), we aim to create a learning environment with equal rights in education for school-children by means of companionship and guidance.
Community Care
We focus on local communities and focus on special education topics in the southern district: Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), looking forward to creating an environment for ADHD family communication platform, integrating the professional resources of southern ADHD families and related fields, and becoming an important backing and warm arm to support ADHD children and families.
Environmental Education
We focus on the topic of "ocean", aiming at the goal of environmental friendly. We emphasize the relationship between Kaohsiung, the ocean and us, and examine the close relationship with the ocean by multiple approaches, so as to expand the impact and scope, and promote the community to practice environmental sustainability together.
Culture and Arts
We are concerned about the development of southern arts and culture and the preservation of cultural assets. We support the artistic and cultural organizations in southern district with the spirit of "being good together and sharing". We also take good care of the environment for the inheritance of cultural assets, adding value to Kaohsiung's local intangible cultural asset - Shadow Play, opening a window of hope for the continuous development of artistic and cultural environment and the preservation cultural assets.
Corporate Volunteering
We hope that our employees can experience different life experiences and come into contact with different social classes and ethnic groups, so that they can expand their life field and vision with the public service after work, and making volunteering a part of our corporate cultural DNA.
