Radiant Opto-Electronics Corporation's Sustainable Commitment
Radiant Opto-Electronics' Sustainable strategy aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), global Sustainable trends, and stakeholders' issues of concern. The strategy is promoted and implemented through the Sustainable Development Committee. Radiant Opto-Electronics Corporation has established the "Sustainable Development Committee Organizational Charter ", "Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles ", and "Corporate Governance Best Practice Principles " as guidelines and principles for the Company's sustainable development strategy. The Company collaborates with the Radiant Education Foundation and other related stakeholders to practice sustainable values and proposes three sustainable visions:

We uphold our original intention of operating with integrity by establishing a robust enterprise system, focusing on risks and opportunities, and dedicating ourselves to creating the best interests of all stakeholders. We aim to exert positive influence in the supply chain and practice sustainable development by ensuring the implementation of our sustainability policy, disclosing sustainability-related information, and incorporating sustainability into our operations and development direction. Our ultimate goal is to achieve a sustainable vision of "Mutual Benefits" for all.
▍Environmental Symbiosis
We are committed to creating a sustainable environment by continuously developing green products, enhancing energy/resource efficiency, conducting greenhouse gas inventory and certifications, reducing waste and strengthening pollution prevention and control. We use recycled materials with low environmental impact to enable sustainable use of global resources, mitigate the impact of climate change, and strive for a sustainable vision of "environmental symbiosis."

To create a healthy and safe working environment for employees, we emphasize respect for human rights, compliance with international human rights regulations, gender equality, protection of the right to work, and the prohibition of discrimination. We have also established a comprehensive talent cultivation system and welfare measures, established diverse employee communication channels, and actively engaged in charitable activities to achieve a sustainable vision of "social prosperity."
Development milestones
Radiant Opto-Electronics, as a global provider of optical solutions, was founded in 1995 and took optical design, independent mold manufacturing, and high-efficiency mass production as its corporate cornerstones. Starting as Taiwan’s first professional backlight module manufacturer, the Company gradually expanded into the front-light display market and the field of metaoptics. In recent years, with the rapid advancement of display technology, sensing technology, and optical applications, optoelectronic products have penetrated various fields, including consumer electronics, automotive applications, and biomedical testing. In response, Radiant Opto-Electronics advanced lens technologies, further promoting the widespread adoption of smart optical solutions.
The optoelectronic display industry was characterized by a high degree of upstream and downstream connectivity. From upstream optical materials, precision components, and semiconductor chip suppliers to downstream system integrators and terminal application manufacturers, it formed a complete supply chain network. Leveraging strong supply chain management capabilities and vertical integration advantages, Radiant Opto-Electronics maintains close collaboration with upstream material suppliers and downstream customers across optical design, mold development, and mass production processes, ensuring product quality and stable market supply. Radiant Opto-Electronics' products and services are primarily provided to corporate customers, and its service market covers Taiwan, Japan, Europe, and the Americas.
In addition, Radiant Opto-Electronics drives a dual engine evolution strategy of "independent enhancement" and "external investment and acquisitions." By integrating optical design with precision manufacturing technologies, the Company has elevated its optoelectronic products to the advanced technological level of meta-optics. The Company actively expands its global presence. In addition to its three major manufacturing bases in mainland China, it has recently established design and manufacturing sites in Finland, Denmark, Vietnam, and Malaysia, extending its global market influence through collaboration with technology partners and suppliers. Compared with 2024, Radiant Opto-Electronics experienced no significant changes in its value chain, products and services, or business relationships.
