To all stakeholders concerned with Radiant Opto-Electronics:
In 2025, global sustainable development faces numerous structural challenges, including the rise of anti-ESG sentiment, intensifying climate change, growing social inequality and polarization, and biodiversity loss. In the face of transition and transformation, Radiant Opto-Electronics has consistently maintained a proactive attitude and continues to take action to create positive value for society and the environment. Radiant Opto-Electronics continuously enhances its corporate resilience through the implementation of ESG strategies. While creating a leading position in the industry, the company also drives sustainable competitiveness through innovative technology. Through operational focus and efficiency enhancement, Radiant Opto-Electronics strengthens the Group’s synergy to achieve long-term and stable profitability.
In pursuing sustainable development, Radiant Opto-Electronics has consistently upheld the principle of creating shared value and, across the governance, environment, and society dimensions, has convened the value chain to generate highlights. We are honored that our performance has received external recognition, including being selected for the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 for the second time, receiving dual B ratings in the “Climate Change” and “Water Security” questionnaires of the CDP, Listing companies rated as "top 5%" in the 12th Corporate Governance Assessment, Listing companies rated as "top 5%" in the 12th Corporate Governance Assessment, winning the CommonWealth Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility Award for the first time, as well as the Ministry of Education Arts Education Contribution Award, and ranking among Business Weekly Carbon Competitiveness 100 for four consecutive years. In response to climate issues, Radiant Opto-Electronics continues to advance toward its net-zero vision. In addition to developing green products and implementing greenhouse gas inventories and carbon footprint certification, the Company also strengthens integrated disclosure of biodiversity and climate-related information, reduces waste, and enhances pollution prevention and control. In addition, Radiant Opto-Electronics has partnered with the Radiant Education Foundation to create shared value through environmental stewardship and sustainability literacy education, promoting initiatives such as the ocean-themed picture book publishing project and the “Sea You Again” ocean conservation education program. In promoting social inclusion, Radiant Opto-Electronics has established a comprehensive talent development system and diverse health promotion programs, and has launched an employee stock ownership plan to foster a diverse, fulfilling, and growth-oriented workplace.
In times of rapid change and mounting challenges, only by advancing steadily and with solid steps can we open the door to valuable opportunities. Radiant Opto-Electronics will uphold its corporate spirit of courageous innovation and sustainable commitment, continuing to serve as a key manufacturing partner for customers in advanced optical solutions, while generating greater positive impact for society and the environment.
