Radiant Opto-Electronics has built multiple communication channels. In addition to understanding the needs and expectations of partners, the Company enhance s the immediate disclosure of information to reduce inconsistency in an open and transparent manner.

Identification of Stakeholders

Radiant Opto-Electronics values the expectations and needs of stakeholder groups and has identified seven key stakeholders based on the five principles of "responsibility, influence, concern, diversity, dependency" based on the AA1000 SES Stakeholder Engagement Standard. These stakeholders include customers, shareholders, employees, suppliers/contractors, non-profit organizations, community residents, and government agencies. 


Principles of Stakeholder Communication

The Company adheres to three key communication principles "timely and proactive disclosure, providing comprehensive information, and establishing appropriate and diverse communication channels." It continuously gathers feedback from stakeholders. This report will, in different chapters, respond to stakeholders' concerns in accordance with the GRI standards covered by the relevant issues. In addition, Radiant Opto-Electronics submitted the results of stakeholder engagement to the Board of Directors at least once each year. In Q4 2025, a report was presented to the Board of Directors on stakeholder concerns and the results of the annual material topics assessment.
