We hope that our employees can experience different life experiences and come into contact with different social classes and ethnic groups, so that they can expand their life field and vision with the public service after work, and making volunteering a part of our corporate cultural DNA.

 

Volunteers Facebook - Make Volunteer Culture Part of the Enterprise's DNA

With the development and diversification of public welfare activities, volunteers will play a more important role, which will combine Radiant Opto-Electronics and Radiant Education Foundation more closely. And the parent company and the Foundation gradually introduce relevant volunteer system, establish a friendly volunteer environment/system, and internalize it into the corporate culture DNA.
 

・Volunteers Facebook: By editing into interview articles after interviews, by documenting the purpose of volunteer service, the life change, and the impact on work, by sorting out the volunteers' mental journey and mood transition, and recording truthfully by remembering the original intention, we hope that more colleagues can see and understand the spirit of volunteer public service, and convey it to employees and departments, and expand the impact of giving back to society and volunteer culture.


External connection: The Foundation applies to the Kaohsiung Municipal Bureau of Social Affairs for voluntary service program registration, and becomes a volunteer service provider. It also instructs its staff to complete basic volunteer training and special training to apply for the volunteer service record book. Corporate volunteers are in line with the formal volunteer service system. In addition to encouraging employees to participate in foundation activities, we also encourage employees to participate in external social welfare groups as volunteers, enable them to have more contact and understanding with external groups.
 

Internal rewards: In order to encourage employees to participate in social welfare, the Foundation has implemented a reward system for volunteers. The reward system has been incorporated into the management rules of the enterprise, which provides internal rewards for accumulated service hours and is also recognized in the public activities of the enterprise.
