A total of 1,706 were assessed and evaluated. Among the 952 listed companies, there are 48 companies in the top 5%, and Radiant Opto-Electronics Corporation has entered the top 5% for the first time.
The data evaluation period of this year's "Corporate Governance Evaluation" is 2023, which mainly focuses on four major categories: "maintaining shareholders' rights and treating shareholders equally", "strengthening the structure and operation of the board of directors", "improving information transparency" and "promoting sustainable development" For this purpose, various governance aspects of each company are examined through about 80 indicators. The announcement of the evaluation results will help companies to compete healthily and strengthen corporate governance levels, and spontaneously shape corporate governance into corporate organizational culture.
