We are concerned about the development of southern arts and culture and the preservation of cultural assets. We support the artistic and cultural organizations in southern district with the spirit of "being good together and sharing". We also take good care of the environment for the inheritance of cultural assets, adding value to Kaohsiung's local intangible cultural asset - Shadow Play, opening a window of hope for the continuous development of artistic and cultural environment and the preservation cultural assets.

With the increasing diversity of social development in recent years, the breeding and cultivation of culture and art have become indispensable to life. Radiant starts from taking root locally, and carries out the action of passing on the old and supporting the new in the southern "art": accompany the local, emerging and potential arts and culture teams in the southern district, develop the intangible cultural asset treasure of Kaohsiung - Shadow Play, provide both hardware and software resources for Kaohsiung's unique local operas by launching the "Light and Shadow" project with the Kaohsiung Museum of History and its house, the Kaohsiung Museum of Shadow Puppet, pay attention to the arts and culture ecology in the south, safeguard the operation of the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying), a local international venue in Kaohsiung, and actively create a variety of activities and engagement channels with practical actions, moving towards the goal of cultivating an artistic and cultural population. We expect to creating a friendly positive recycling environment for the art ecology and improving the spiritual life of Taiwan people.
